After the ambient air is compressed and purified to remove oil, water and dust, it enters the pressure swing adsorption device composed of two adsorption towers filled with carbon molecular sieve. Compressed air flows through the adsorption tower from the bottom to the top, during which oxygen molecules are adsorbed on the surface of the carbon molecular sieve, and nitrogen flows out from the upper end of the adsorption tower into the crude nitrogen buffer tank.
